The first, is the regular Add/Remove Programs / Uninstall program feature in Windows Control Panel, and the second, is to use the “Uninstall Soluto” link in the Start Menu:
If you’re having problems and cannot uninstall Soluto, this is probably due to a Windows Installer related problem, or if you're using registry cleaner who are too aggressive, and delete important keys. For example one of the following errors:
"Could not access VBScript run time for custom action"
"There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A script required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor".
SolutoPackage.msi is missing or cannot be found ("the feature that you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable")
"This action is valid only for programs that are currently installed."
