This issue is most probably caused by faulty Font Cache files, which Soluto uses to launch.
To resolve the issue follow these steps, in accordance with your Windows Operating System:
For Windows Vista/7 machines:
Go to Control Panel - Programs - Uninstall a Program.
Find Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (or up, 4.0) and click to Repair the installation. Reboot when complete.
Please also make sure that .NET Framework 3.5.1 is enabled under "Turn Windows features on or off":
If after reboot you still get the same crash, follow these steps:
Click on Start, type Services.msc and open it.
Find Windows Presentation Foundation Font Cache 188.8.131.52 and Stop it by right-click - Stop. Find Windows Font Cache and stop it too (you might not have both)
Go to this location: C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local
The folders might be hidden, if you're unable to locate please enable hidden files: For Windows Vista /7: Open Computer, go to Organize - Folder and search options - View - select "Show hidden files. folders, and drives".
Rename the file: Fontcache184.108.40.206.dat to Fontcache220.127.116.11.old, also rename the file FontCache-System.dat to FontCache-System.old. Right click the file --> Rename or hit the F2 key on your keyboard.
Restart your machine.
For Windows XP machines:
Go to Windows Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs - locate Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 - click Change/Uninstall and select Repair.
Open My Computer, go to Tools - Folder Options - View - select "Show hidden files and folders" and untick "Hide protected operating system files".
Open My Computer and navigate to : C:\Documents and Settings\LocalService\Local Settings\Application Data
Delete or rename the file: Fontcache18.104.22.168.dat - Right click the file --> Rename or hit the F2 key on your keyboard.
