Soluto is based on Microsoft .NET Technology, so if there are corrupt .NET Framework files, Soluto would fail as well.

If you run into any problems, or still can't get Soluto to work, please email us at support@soluto.com

Step 1: Repairing Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 or up

Go to Windows Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs (or simply "Programs") - locate Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (or up) - click Change/Uninstall and select Repair.

Windows Vista through Windows 8:

Windows XP:

If you're using Windows 7 and up, please make sure that .NET Framework 3.5.1 is enabled under "Turn Windows features on or off":

Reboot the PC. If you still can't launch Soluto, try the next step.

Step 2: Complete .NET Cleanup and re-install

Please follow these instructions to cleanup the corrupt .NET Framework installation on your PC:

1. Download the .NET Framework Cleanup Tool from the following direct link (taken from Aaron Stebner's blog):

2. Download the Zip file - run the cleanup tool and choose to "Cleanup now" to clean all installations:

3. Once the tool completes, download and install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 full package:

Still fails? Email us and we'd help out:

If you still can't use Soluto, please email us the log files and your Local Database for analysis (see the how-to send files to Soluto for help). If you're using Windows Vista or up, we'd appreciate if you could also generate a Windows Event Log report.
