Soluto lets you remove applications from the Windows boot by either pausingan item so it won't run unless manually opened, or delaying an item so it will be launched after the boot is complete, but it does not control the time it takes these applications to launch.
in this example, you can see Soluto takes 5 seconds to boot.
Windows boot times vary from boot to boot. Some apps take longer on one boot and less on the next (for example, Windows and security apps), leading to variations in boot time.
The important thing is that Soluto lets you cut down the number of applications that run in boot and continue to operate over time, and as such controls PC resources.
