If you receive error number #73102 during installation, it indicates that your PC did not pass a prerequisite test.
Cannot complete installation. Something prevents us from installing Soluto on this PC. Sorry.
In most cases it means you are running KACE Kbox, which Soluto is not compatible with. It is not recommended to install Soluto while running Kbox at the same time.
Is a solution planned for this problem?

Hi, I am getting the same error every time I try to install. As far as I am aware, I am not using KACE (but how would I tell?)
Any other reasons why it won't install?
Please ignore my last comment. I tried to reinstall (for the fourth time) and it told me I had already installed. I started the program and it seems to run fine (which is a little worrying in itself as it never told me it had completed at any time). But anyway.... :)
