Soluto collects only technical data about PCs in order to learn about user frustrations and find solutions based on Soluto users’ experience. The goal is to reach technical solutions such as, "Based on the experience of 1 million Soluto users, we do not recommend installing this software update" or "60% of our users removed that toolbar from their browser".

The data collected can include lists of hardware and software installed on your PC, software versions and vendors, when and why certain software crashed or was non-responsive, what software is slowing down your browser and so on.
Soluto does not collect and has no interest in content like personal files, emails, browser history, bookmarks, search history etc.
