Click on one of the PCs you are helping with and then click on Background Apps (marked in orange).
You will see a list of all the background apps installed that run in the PC’s boot. Only the Safe to Remove from Boot or Potentially Removable apps can be paused or delayed:
Click on a background app and then click on "Remove from boot" to remove the app from the boot or click on Delay to run it in the background a few minutes after the boot is complete (the options are marked in orange). Both of these actions will reduce the PC’s boot time.
If you do not see your background apps after you've reboot the PC, please make sure you are connected to the internet and try another reboot. Wait a couple of minutes before looking at the web view. If you still do not see the background apps, please contact us at email@example.com and send the local data from your PC to investigate (follow this guide).
To return an app to boot, go to the "Removed Apps" section, and locate the app under "Removed from boot" or "Delayed". Click "Return to boot" and the app will start up on your next boot:
