Can the power user see my personal data, files and browser history?

The quick answer is no. Soluto power users cannot directly access a supported PC, view personal data, files or browser history unless the supportee accepts and allows a "Remote Access" connection. 

The supporter can only see technical data on Soluto's website that will enable them to support a PC. Such data can include lists of hardware and software installed on your PC, software versions and vendors, when and why certain software crashed or was non-responsive, what software is slowing down your browser and so on.
