Please scroll down for instructions for mobile devices.

How to remove an invitation or open download:

To cancel an invitation, go to your Soluto dashboard at www.soluto.com (log in with your email and password if you're not automatically logged in), click the avatar of the person you invited, then click "Cancel Invitation" (or "Remove PC"):

If you have multiple invitations under the same email address, click the Pencil next to the Avatar to get the remove link:

How to remove an unused PC:

The best option would be first to uninstall Soluto. If you have an old PC or a PC you've formatted and you want to remove the PC from your dashboard, please go to the PC page by clicking the PC or User avatar, Click the "Edit" button on the top view, and select "Remove this PC":

How to uninstall Soluto from an iOS device:

To remove Soluto from the devices, please go to "Settings", "General", scroll down to "Profiles" and open it, then click "Remove" to remove Soluto's Device Management profile:

I removed one of my PC's so that I could help someone else out since I had already hit my limit of 5 PC's.  Unfortunately, after removing the PC I still can't add the other person in.  It still shows that I have hit my limit.

Hi Tim, sorry about that, there might be some delays in getting the seat back. I've checked your account and you should now have that seat back (1 left).

I too have had the seat issue, when I accidentally added my Mum's PC to my own list whilst learning to use the new Soluto! I think I should have 3 left :)

@Alan, if you still see the wrong seats, please click "submit a request" at the top navbar and include a screenshot of your dashboard, showing the PCs and seats, so we can take a look.

@Alvaro - that option has been moved to the dashboard itself, and only for the people you help. When you hover over their avatar, click the little Pencil to change the avatar. As for your own PCs, we'll soon show your own avatar (the one you've updated in your user account).

I'm attempting to remove the "McTronics PC" from my account but when I follow the above steps it appears that no changes are made. Why is that the case?

@Marlon - are you trying to remove "McTronics II" or "McTronix 1"? don't want to remove the wrong one for you.

Thanks Marlon - seems there's a problem removing this PC. It's probably related to an open issue with removing PCs (listed on the support homepage). I'll keep you posted when that issue is resolved so we can remove the PC from your account.

Jolinyuan - looks like an issue on our end. We'll look into it. It will take us some time, so if you need the extra slot please submit a request and let us know.

When I remove a PC does Soluto then get uninstalled from that PC too?

@Neil - no, when you remove a PC online Soluto is not removed locally. This option is intended in cases where the PC in question is no longer in use (for example, was formatted) and Soluto was not uninstalled.

I probably accidentally added all PC slots to my 1 notebook... but I can't see even that notebook... on home page in My PCs I can just Download on this PC - but then it says "You've reached the limit of PCs you can support with your current plan." So I reached limit and have no PCs in My PCs. :/

Today it was working, but now I wanted to add family PC to my account - I thought I can register it through my Notebook and then install it there, but it goes wrong and stop showing even my Notebook in list of My PCs. Any help? Should I just remove application and account and do everything from the beginning?

@Tomas - I checked your account and things seem to be wrong, so I reset your account. Could you please try again? Uninstall Soluto from your notebook, reinstall it by clicking "Add My PC" and then try again on your desktop? If you're having problems uninstalling, use our uninstall tool

Keep us updated. If the issue persists, please submit a private request and we'll further investigate.
