Skype lets you call other Skype users for free, no matter where they are in the world.
Not everyone knows how to install Skype and set up their own account, so why not help the people around you to get started with Skype?
With Soluto you can set up Skype for your family, friends and colleagues so they can get calling straightaway.
If the people you help already have a Skype account, you can sign them in or out.
If they don’t, Soluto will help you to create a new account for them on the Skype website, remotely download and install the app on their PC and sign them in.
All you have to do is enter their Skype Name and password and click “Sign In”. Soluto will take care of the rest. Even if their PC is turned off, the Skype installation and sign-in will happen the next time the PC is back on. It’s that easy.
What happens if Skype’s not installed on their PC?
No problem, you can easily set up Skype for someone else. With just one click you can remotely download and install Skype for someone you help and sign them in so they’re up and running.
What if Skype is signed in with a different account?
If Skype is signed in with a different account you can sign out of that account and sign in with another Skype Name.
Will I have to remember all the Skype Names and passwords of the accounts I set up?
Once you sign into an existing Skype account or set up a new account, the Skype Name and password of that account will be securely stored on the supported PC. If you set up multiple Skype accounts on the same PC, it will only remember the Skype Name and password of the last account that you set up.
Skype names and passwords are never visible to anyone at Soluto and never stored on Soluto’s servers.
Please note that the person you help will also receive an email from Soluto to let them know that you have signed them in or set up a new Skype account for them. They will be offered the chance to change their password for security reasons. If they choose to change their password you will need to ask them for their password again if they need you to sign them in again.
