My "Backgournds Apps" does not works!

Hi, Soluto! I'm having a little problem with the background apps. When I click on then, nothing appears! Like the photo attached! Best Regards

Hello Felipe,

This issue is usually resolved by rebooting the PC. Could you please try to reboot and see if the error is still present after booting?

I am also having this problem, I have tried rebooting multiple times (I think the counter was up to 16 before I tried to reinstall) and since reinstalling I have lost the apps section too.  I admit it was probably a mistake trying to reinstall, but I was hoping it would fix the problem.  I have also managed to get the chop boot function to work but nothing seems to be syncing to the site.  I'll attach some screen shots.

Hi Kirby, sorry for the delayed response. I checked your account and it looks like you have tried another re-install and this time the data is available and you were able to perform some actions as well.

Hi Maya,  that's fine about the delayed response.  I ended up doing a system restore to the point before I originally installed it then did a backup and reinstalled and for some reason that worked!   I still can't change the name on the "view my PC" page" but I don't think that's an error, I think I might just be doing it in the wrong way...But that doesn't matter anyway because that's not really an important feature.

Thank you for the update Kirby. Where can you not change the name? Click Edit and you'd be able to change the PC name and the user name.

I click edit, change the user name press save and then the next time I go onto that page it's back to what it was.  I'm not sure why that was, but it may fix itself with time (if not it doesn't really matter)
