How do I add a PC to an existing account?

There are 2 ways of adding a PC to an existing account, depending if Soluto is already installed or not. 

If Soluto is not installed locally on the PC and you'd like to add another PC to your account, please go to and log in with your email and password, then click the "Add another device" button to get started. See screenshot below:



If this is your own device type your own details in the Whose PC Is This screen. If this is a machine you are supporting, type the email and name of the person being supported. This is how we determine whether this is your own device or "Someone I Support":



If you installed Soluto from a 3rd party website and you'd like to add to your account, please click the "Sign up" button on the top right corner and select "Already have an account"):


Sign in with your account to get started. Note that the device will be added as "My Device".
